TeacherPro – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

TeacherPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension on compatible browsers and devices for personal or educational use. Access to premium features requires an active subscription.

You may:

• Install and use TeacherPro on any device linked to your personal Chrome or Google Workspace account.
• Access premium features while your subscription or license remains active.

You may not:

• Copy, share, or redistribute the software or license key with others.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass license verification.
• Use TeacherPro to interfere with Canvas or violate institutional policies.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

TeacherPro and its related materials are the exclusive property of Destination Freedom LLC (doing business as “TeacherPro”). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. The TeacherPro name and logo are trademarks of Destination Freedom LLC (doing business as “TeacherPro”).

3. Subscriptions and Activation

Premium access and certain tools require a paid license or subscription, managed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime at:

4. Updates and Support

TeacherPro may receive updates and improvements over time. Support inquiries can be directed to support@teacherpro.app. Compatibility with newer Chrome versions will be maintained as reasonably possible.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeacherPro is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. The developer disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use TeacherPro, including data loss, grade loss, or productivity impacts.

7. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. TeacherPro may suspend or revoke access if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of TeacherPro.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the full agreement between you and TeacherPro.
