TeacherPro – Refund Policy

1. General Policy

TeacherPro subscriptions and licenses are managed through our secure payment partner (Paddle). By purchasing a TeacherPro plan, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy as well as Paddle's own refund and billing terms.

All sales are considered final once processed. TeacherPro does not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time within an active subscription.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting support@teacherpro.app.

When canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — access will not renew afterward. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

Any approved refund will be processed directly by Paddle, in accordance with their Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@teacherpro.app with your order number and the email used at checkout.

4. Free Trials and Promotions

If your plan included a free trial, you may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable. Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only for the specified period and is not retroactively adjustable.
